For clients who are looking to finance their cosmetic procedures, Rosenblum Plastic Surgery now accepts CareCredit, which is a medical credit card that offers a variety of convenient payment options with NO-INTEREST, 3, 6 12 & 18 month financing, Longer period 24, 36 & 48 month financing is also availabe. Applying for CareCredit is quick and simple. Patients can apply online at www.carecredit.com, or by calling CareCredit directly at (866) 893-7864. Since CareCredit is a credit card, it can be used over and over again to finance other medical procedures as well.

In order to ensure smooth handling of claims, it is essential to provide us with complete and accurate insurance information. Please bring your insurance information with you each time you come to our office.Plastic surgery procedures that are typically covered by insurance include breast reduction, breast reconstruction, and Moh’s closure. Please check with your insurance company to see if it will cover your procedure. If your surgery is covered, ask your primary care physician for a plastic surgeon referral. If your insurance does not cover your procedure, we request that you please pay in advance. We accept most types of payments.

Medical records, disability forms and narrative reports are available at Rosenblum Plastic Surgery. A copying or dictation fee will be charged, based on the amount of material reviewed or copied.With many plastic surgeons, the surgeon’s own fee is just one element of the cost of your procedure. Depending on your procedure, you may face significant additional charges.

Dr. Rosenblum’s fee estimates, however are all inclusive: The Surgeon’s Fee, operating room fees, anesthesia fees, specialized equipment (such as ultrasonic liposuction or specialized C02 laser-resurfacing, as well as patient garments, implants, wraps, etc) are all included.  There are no hidden fees or surprises.

Full payment is due at the time of your surgery/treatment. Patients who choose to have their surgery done in a hospital will also need to pay additional hospital and anesthesia fees. When patients are ready to book for surgery, a deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due at the time of the patient’s pre-operative appointment.
